Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and predictable. Plans change, we get it.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip with no fee. Because most bookings are pay-on-arrival, this usually just means letting us know, there's no refund to process.

Cancellations within 24 hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may incur a fee equivalent to the boat's preparation cost. For shared trips this is generally waived if we can re-fill your spot. For the speedboat and private charters, a fee of 30% of the booking total may apply.

No-show

If you don't show up for pickup and don't reach out, the trip is treated as a no-show and the full amount may be charged.

If we cancel

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or any other reason, you get a free reschedule or a full refund, your choice.

The fastest way to cancel is on WhatsApp. You can also use the manage booking page or email us at info@orange-bay.tours with your booking reference.

Refunds

Most bookings are pay-on-arrival, so no refund is needed when you cancel, just notify us. For online payments (when available in the future), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
