Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the orange-bay.tours website and the trips you book through it. By booking, you accept these terms.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed by email after we accept them (usually within a few hours). Unless stated otherwise, payment is made in cash or by card to our driver or crew on the day of the trip, we do not require online payment.

Prices are quoted per person (shared trips) or as one flat price per boat (speedboat and private charter), in Euros. All taxes are included.

Operator

Trips are operated by our local Hurghada team. All boats are licensed by Egyptian maritime authorities and crewed by trained captains and guides.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive at the agreed pickup time. Pickup may be cancelled if the guest is not present after 15 minutes.
• Disclose any medical conditions or special needs at booking.
• Follow safety instructions from the crew at all times.
• Respect the marine environment, no littering, no touching coral.

Weather and force majeure

Trips may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, sea conditions, or events beyond our control. In these cases you can reschedule for free or get a full refund.

Liability

We carry liability insurance as required by Egyptian law. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during the trip, except where caused by our negligence.

Reviews

Reviews submitted on our site are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to reject reviews that are spam, defamatory, or unrelated to the trip experience.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version is always shown on this page.
